All successful ventures must be built on a solid foundation, corruption of any kind can never have that very thing. The power that those in Snohomish County have built their houses of lies on, can not survive the truth.
As the saying goes… the truth will come out: It always does. There was a very important lesson that the parents of these people forgot to teach their children
Lies always come back to haunt you just like a boomerang, no one can escape the consequences: No One.
As some of you may know my friend Anne Block has filed a Federal Suit against the county. After 6 years of fighting them she finally had to take it to the Feds.
For a time I was distraught because I thought that the Judge Robert Jones was doing the County’s bidding. A man I knew to be of the HIGHEST integrity growing up & into my adulthood, he embodied most of what was right about the Judiciary. After his latest ruling my fears have been allayed, thank God. I didn’t need him to rain thunder on the county I just wanted him to be Judicious & it seems he is.
I know that most folks can barely wrap their head around the rampant corruption in our Govt today, most days I can’t & I have proof! Here is my truth: Everything that has happened, in every city, county & state is OUR fault. Mine & yours. We have become so complacent & unwilling to do anything about our govt that they have had free reign for decades & that could only turn out very badly for all of us.
I know when I talk (or write here) it sounds as if I hate our Govt but I don’t & that is the catch 22. I LOVE our country, our Constitution & our Govt the way it was INTENDED to be ~ IF it was being run the way the Forefather’s envisioned it, IF it was a govt that took care of the citizens instead of big corporations, & IF it operated in OUR country’s best interest. It didn’t end up like this overnight & it is going to take a while to turn it around but PEOPLE have to get involved or else it is only going to get worse.
The worst part of all this is that everyone I have met that has had trouble with the city county or state has been lied about…
Those so adept at lying don’t seem to realize the very truth of their actions & their lies could be the end of them. I am here to tell the truth about them.
So it seems that Ms Block has filed a recall petition for the Snohomish County Prosecutor but of course the local paper did not report it, they will only report it if it fails so they can giggle along with their SnoCo buddies.
Why Snohomish County Prosecutor should be Recalled

Snohomish County Washington Executive employee Kevin ( now using Kevin Thomas) Hulten was exposed by two Snohomish County reporters from the Snohomish County Daily Herald on February 14, 2014, for harassing Snohomish County resident and taxpayer Anne Block.

Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon resigned as a result, and Snohomish County executive employee Kevin Thomas Hulten was terminated from Snohomish County employment for misconduct. His claim for unemployment was denied as a result of his misconduct.
In March 2014, the Snohomish County council ordered the criminal investigation as outlined by the Snohomish County Daily Herald’s article “Reardon’s Office linked to harassment” to the King County Major Crimes Unit. Kevin Hulten’s county computers and cell phone were transferred to King County Major Crimes Unit for forensic inspection.
According to King County’s Major Crimes Unit, Kevin Hulten used a “wiping program” and destroyed evidence. Upon completion of its investigation, King County Major Crimes Unit transferred its criminal investigation to Skagit County for possible prosecution. Skagit County brought criminal evidence tampering charges against Kevin Hulten, and Kevin Hulten plead GUILTY in an open public court located in Arlington, Washington, to criminal evidence tampering on July 7, 2014.
In August 2014, Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe violated RCW 4.96.010 when he allocated and entered into an agreement using Snohomish County taxpayer monies to fund Kevin Thomas Hulten a convicted criminal and former Snohomish County Executive employee Kevin Hulten.
RCW 4.96.010 in pertinent part prohibits use of taxpayer funds for conduct outside of the employee’s official duties and states the following:
Tortious conduct of local governmental entities — Liability for damages.
(1) All local governmental entities, whether acting in a governmental or proprietary capacity, shall be liable for damages arising out of their tortious conduct, or the tortious conduct of their past or present officers, employees, or volunteers while performing or in good faith purporting to perform their official duties, to the same extent as if they were a private person or corporation. Filing a claim for damages within the time allowed by law shall be a condition precedent to the commencement of any action claiming damages. The laws specifying the content for such claims shall be liberally construed so that substantial compliance therewith will be deemed satisfactory.
Looks to those us open government supporters in Snohomish County, Washington, that Prosecutor Mark Roe was involved in the facade that Aaron Reardon, Kevin Hulten and Jo Rudicil created by requesting records anonmously in the County’s efforts to change the Public Records Act.
Soon the voters will be the deciders as to whether or not Snohomish County Prosecutor Mark Roe will be Recalled or not.
Normally I would just reblog the story but it all ties in with what I am writing here. I am sad that this is just about them spending 50K a pop for lawbreakers, I would like the fact that Mr Roe let a child beater, woman beater, & prime suspect in the rape of a child (and his wife) get off scott free to be the main issue here. To me that is far more important then any amount of money but I guess you have to go for whatever issues you can & thankfully these ingrates give us lots of reasons.
I just wish that folks would wise up & start doing something, not leave it to the 30 or so of us to try to fight these idiots they have put in power.

Mark Roe continues to violate rights of citizens while protecting Police and prosecutors who commit crimes. Scott North of the Everett Herald has been protecting these thugs for years. Ask Reporter Cathy Logg, who he had fired because of her investigation.
As far as Roe’s public disclosure issues, one only has to look at his relationship to Olympic Security and it’s owners wife. Olympic Security controls cameras footage given out in public disclosure requests. See how public disclosure agent KATE OLIVER of Snohomish County handled Christine F. Harper’s public disclosure request. Shameful….. please post the recall motion so we can get the information out to the people. And thank you to Anne Block, AND MANY OTHERS, for being true patriots to our Constitution.
