When I decided to run for State Representative it was because I am angry with the level of incompetence and corruption that runs “UNCHECKED” throughout government — especially the racketeering occurring among our state’s WA State Bar lawyers. During that campaign I criticized Senator Jan Angel for her “blind-eye” to the corruption in our judicial branch. The corruption is so widespread that most everyone who has gone through our judicial system would recognize how dysfunctional it is. Clearly the wrong people occupy judicial positions — it is like dealing with a spoiled child who throws a tantrum anytime a “citizen” expects “fair and impartial” treatment.
Back then, to smooth out our differences during that ‘campaign season,’ Jan invited me to mend fences and promised that unless she got elected there would be no one in the legislature to take up this matter. Well, I bought into Jan’s marketing plan, I backed off and she got re-elected.
That was then, now when I remind Jan of the “UNCHECKED CORRUPTION” … I’m out-of-line with my criticism of our Judicial Branch. Jan now says, “it is MY problem” not her concern nor duty as my representative to protect and maintain individual rights.
As the saying goes… Fool me once, shame on me…. Make no mistake this time Jan, I’m after your job and I’m after your contributors.
Here is the flavor of our recent conversation… and the level of Jan’s sense of duty is striking … Jan’s obligation to the people seems to end where our Constitution begins!

Posted by Sue | February 6, 2015, 5:05 pmWe need to go after all those who contribute to the campaigns of these brain-dead legislators… we need to boycott their businesses and expose them for their inattention to what really matters. If Jan would “listen” for “understanding” she could find millions in savings if she would simply hold lawyers/judges to the law or REMOVE THEM under her power granted by Article 4, Sec 9! Imagine a court case that actually goes to a jury for a verdict rather than to an appeal, upon appeal upon appeal…. I’d bet half of the Judicial Branch budget is due to lawyers driving up the cost for increased “profits” for themselves.

Angel is a real estate license holder. She has also worked as a commercial banker and business owner. Angel served as Kitsap County Commissioner from 2000 to 2008.
it does not suprise me that Bennett, Satterberg, Knutson, Wallace, Habiib, Dunn, Bob Ferguson, Creighton , Litzow and Andy Hill are on her friendship list on Facebook. You are who your friends are.

The preamble of our constitution states that in order to have and maintain our domestic tranquility we must adopt and protect the individual protections identified in this document. In our lifetime we went from open public courthouses and schools to armed guards at all of our courthouses and most of our schools, My simple question to you is “during your tenor in office which direction are you going to steer our society towards domestic tranquility or away from it. And if you are going to steer our society towards domestic tranquility, how are you going to do it.” I have sent you the Domestic Tranquility Restoration Act, and if you do not have a better way to restore our domestic tranquility would you consider just discussing the act with your fellow representatives.

Asking her to read for understanding the Preamble to the US Constitution is asking for the MOON or MARs, Jan is packaged just the way the SYSTEM likes her… empty headed and easy to manipulate with a carrot.
